Request follow-up prescription

As a patient in our practice, you can pre-order prescriptions for medication that we have prescribed for you as long-term therapy. All prescription orders are checked by us prior to delivery to you. You can usually get your prescription

two business days pick up after the day of the order from us in the practice or a pharmacy of your choice.

Pre-condition :

Doctor-patient contact must take place in the respective quarter
It must be a medication that we prescribe for you on a regular basis
Your chip card must have been presented in the respective quarter
